What does 100% full speed guaranteed mean?

All Infinivan plans are guaranteed to have 100% full speed during uptime! This simply means that our advertised speeds are our guaranteed speeds.

Existing subscribers are automatically upgraded. No additional costs, no application needed!

This means you experience the same speed rate for uploading and downloading content! You can upload HD videos as fast as you can download them.
Fiber optic connections have a higher bandwidth and can transfer data over longer distances than conventional cables. Fiber optic cables service a large number of Internet, cable and telephone networks worldwide.
Our WiFi routers use the latest technology and are faster and more versatile than ever. Dual-band routers send data over two different radio frequencies or “bands”: namely, the 2.4 GHz band and the 5 GHz band. You can think of this as a wireless highway. When one gets too congested, our router automatically switches the “highway” to which your device is connected.

Terms and Conditions

  • Subject to one-time charges for terminal kit and installation.
  • Subject to applicable shipping and/or delivery fees to specific areas.
  • Excess usage charges of PHP 165 per gigabyte will apply once data allocation is fully consumed if a top-up pack is not purchased.
  • Published rates are paid upfront for capped plans. Unused data will be forfeited at the end of the month.
  • The terminal fee includes a 1.2m antenna, a 2010 modem, and a 2W transceiver.
  • Top-up Data Packs are valid and will be active for 30 days of usage upon
    the day of activation (regardless of the reset date of the base capped plan).
  • Unused/unfinished top-up packs will be forfeited in the event of an upgrade from capped Gigstarter plans to an unlimited Gigstarter plan.
  • All published rates are VAT/GST inclusive. Rates may change with prior notice due to changes in the exchange rates.
  • The prices listed are exclusive of PHP 10,000 installation fee for labor per site. Additional charges may apply depending on your site location.

  • Speeds advertised are maximum shared speeds. Unlimited plans are subject to Fair Usage Policy.
  • Your service will continue at lower speeds even after you have used up your priority data allowance.
  • Terminal installation and transportation cost is excluded and subject to delivery to a specific area.
  • All published rates are VAT/GST inclusive. Rates may change with prior notice due to changes in exchange rate.
  • The terminal fee includes a 1.2m antenna, a 2010 or 2510 modem and a 2W or 3W transceiver depending on the type of terminal ordered.
  • Plans with over 70Mbps in download speeds will require a 3310 modem.
  • Prices listed are exclusive of Php 10,000 installation fee for labor, per site. Additional charges may apply depending on your site location.
