InfiniVAN Partners with ACTION to Support School Lunch Program in Navotas

MANILA, Philippines — August 29, 2025. InfiniVAN Inc., a Japanese-Filipino telecommunications company, has officially partnered with ACTION, Inc., a Japan-based nonprofit organization, to support the School Lunch Program at Tanza Elementary School in Navotas City, Metro Manila.

This initiative underscores InfiniVAN’s commitment not only to building digital infrastructure, but also to uplift Filipino communities by addressing urgent social challenges such as child nutrition.

Addressing Malnutrition Through Compassion and Connectivity

With the rising cost of living, many children in Navotas face challenges in receiving proper nutrition. InfiniVAN’s sponsorship will provide nutrition support for the children of the said institution. Through the “Red Glasses Canteen,” students and their parents will also benefit from nutrition guidance to help improve their health long-term.

Meals will be prepared in collaboration with a local food provider that supplies ingredients weekly, ensuring that children receive balanced meals.

More Than Connectivity: InfiniVAN’s Broader Mission

Navotas is one of the country’s most flood-prone and poverty-affected areas, making malnutrition a pressing issue. By supporting ACTION’s school lunch program, InfiniVAN aims to bridge the gap between technology and human needs, ensuring that progress in connectivity is matched with compassion for the communities it serves.

“Helping Filipinos connect goes beyond internet access—it also means making sure children can grow, learn, and thrive. Through this partnership with ACTION, we hope to make a meaningful impact in the everyday lives of families in Navotas,” shared Shigeki Nakahara, President of InfiniVAN Inc.
