InfiniVAN Inc. formalized its partnership with Odoo and Allied Xchange Corporation on May 28, 2026, at InfiniVAN’s Ore Office in BGC – marking a significant step toward integrating internal processes, enabling the company to operate with greater efficiency and deliver high-value services across its administrative operations.

Present at the signing were Melanie Germentil, Corporate Planning and Governance Head of InfiniVAN and the Project Head of Odoo’s Automation; Valenbert Juan, Senior Vice President for Finance and Accounting; and Atty. Jonathan Altubar, Senior Vice-President of Legal and Regulatory . Also in attendance were Emmanuel Lawas, Director for the Philippine Market; Edison Fortuna, Senior Partner  Manager, both representing Odoo together with Allied Xchange Corporation’s CTO.

About the Partners

Odoo is an open-source business management software company headquartered in Belgium, with offices spanning multiple countries worldwide. Widely recognized for its comprehensive suite of integrated applications — collectively known as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software – Odoo serves companies seeking to consolidate their operational tools. Its core mission is to eliminate the burden of managing multiple software subscriptions by centralizing all business operations within a single, unified platform.

Allied Xchange Corporation is a Philippine-based IT company specializing in business process outsourcing and digital solutions. As a direct implementor of Odoo’s ERP and CRM systems, ASx is committed to helping businesses operate efficiently, removing the need for costly, fragmented software subscriptions and streamlining day-to-day operational platforms.

The Partnership

The conversation toward partnership gained momentum when the demand for faster, more reliable internal processes became increasingly evident across InfiniVAN’s workforce. As a heavy user of CRM — primarily utilized by its Business Units — employees are expected to address customer demands, meet strict deadlines, and complete deliverables within a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

The need for a system upgrade became undeniable as manual and fragmented internal processes continued to create friction — slowing down document handling, causing reconciliation errors, and widening the gap between prompt execution and actual delivery.

With full implementation scheduled for the first quarter of 2027, the integrated system is expected to operate at its most seamless capacity, eliminating the need to navigate multiple platforms, re-enter information across systems, and resolve data inconsistencies.

Through Odoo’s integrated CRM platform and ASx’s implementation expertise, InfiniVAN is well-positioned to strengthen both operational compliance and end-user experience.

The CRM Posture

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a software solution that centralizes a company’s digital database for streamlined business operations. Beyond centralization, it tracks interactions between users and clients throughout the process cycle and automates workflows, significantly reducing the need for manual intervention.

Odoo’s CRM, in particular, offers a wide range of solutions within a single platform, making it a highly efficient and scalable choice for growing organizations.

In a conversation with Melanie Germentil, Project Head for this partnership, she outlined several critical considerations ahead of full implementation – including the migration of existing data onto Odoo’s standard template, system integration testing, and thorough data validation.

“This is not an easy transition, as full implementation will take considerable time. But one thing is certain, once the integration is in place, it will be a relief for the business units it serves. Less manual work, higher client satisfaction, and faster completion of deliverables,” Melanie shared.

While the system will not be deployed overnight, the promise of greater capacity, faster document turnaround, and improved service delivery makes the transition well worth the investment. Through this partnership, InfiniVAN takes a decisive step forward and looks ahead to even deeper integration efforts in its continued commitment to serving clients at the highest standard.
