About Contact Islands
Contact Islands is an annual international conference organized by Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) for the customer experience (CX) and outsourcing industry in the Philippines. This year’s conference gathered more than 300 attendees, including C-suite executives, industry leaders, and technology providers, all committed to advancing customer experience and service excellence.
The event featured discussions on industry trends, emerging technologies, and workforce strategies aimed at improving customer service and strengthening the outsourcing sector.
Participation with Purpose
For five consecutive years, InfiniVAN has remained an active member and supporter of CCAP. Through its sponsorship of Contact Islands 2026, the company strengthened its presence in the event through an interactive booth that showcased its services and connectivity solutions.
Partners, clients, and attendees were given the opportunity to engage with InfiniVAN representatives in meaningful discussions centered on innovation, collaboration, and the shared goal of positioning the Philippines as a leader in exceptional customer experience.
Backed by reliable fiber connectivity and strong bandwidth capability, InfiniVAN highlighted its commitment to dependable internet solutions, customized bandwidth packages, and customer-focused service offerings for attendees. More than creating new partnerships, the company continues to uphold its promise of long-term reliability and service excellence beyond the event itself.
Rowena Beltran stated that InfiniVAN’s participation in Contact Islands served as a platform for the company to strengthen its presence and gain wider recognition across the Philippines, while also fostering collaboration in customer service initiatives.
“As innovation in e-commerce continues to advance, the quality of customer service often declines. This highlights the growing need for reliable internet connectivity, which InfiniVAN is committed to providing. We believe we can help the BPO industry achieve exceptional service delivery through dependable and high-quality connectivity solutions,” Rowena added.
Agentic AI as Innovation Driver
With the introduction of the new InfiniVAN workforce, Agentic AI made its first appearance outside Luzon. With low latency, multi-language support, and the ability to handle over 30,000 concurrent conversations, Agentic AI has strong potential to further enhance customer service.
This initiative is driven by a clear mission: to make internet-based customer care a key strength in delivering world-class, high-quality service. InfiniVAN embraces this challenge—ready to support, quick to respond, and hands-on in delivering solutions.
