BORACAY ISLAND – After the 2-year pandemic break, the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) graced the comeback of Contact Islands, featuring the Philippine CX Industry: New Beginning. New Horizons. New Partnerships last October 19 to 21 at Crimson Resort and Spa.
The said flagship annual conference brought together over a hundred various BPO and ICT companies and partners in meaningful discussions, sharing, and networking activities. In the 3-day event, delegates and representatives were able to tap into one another and exchanged different ideas relating to the growing BPO industry in the country.
