On September 1, 2026, InfiniVAN Inc. signed a contract with Luktel Inc. at InfiniVAN’s office in BGC. Present at the signing were InfiniVAN executives Mr. Valenbert Juan, Senior Vice President for Finance; Engineer Edgardo Opulencia, Chief Executive Adviser; and Atty. Melissa Ezra Sayao, Senior Legal Counsel. Luktel Inc. was represented by Atty. Normandy Baldovino, President of Luktel Inc., and Mr. Mark Oliver Pandy, Vice President of Luktel Inc.

Luktel Inc., officially known as Lukban Telephone System, Inc., is a local telecommunications and internet service provider based in Lucban, Quezon, Philippines. Operating since 1976, Luktel serves 32 barangays in Lucban, providing primarily residential and commercial telephone services, fiber internet, and data connectivity.
